Performance at Rennaissance, 2008

Sharing my performance at the annual bash of Tech Mahindra, Bangalore, Rennaissance in the year, 2008. I was also a part of the organizing team, Josh, which made this employee engagement event a reality. Bhaarama Ee Baluni

When Lalitha and Gayatri akkas taught me this GNB krithi, it was the first time I was hearing Hamsanaadam raagam. It felt out of the world especially when I was asked to sing the phrase in anupallavi, “Rakshimchaka leda…”. That sustaining of notes opened up a different dimension inside me and I felt grateful to be learning music. Here’s my rendition of this divine krithi.
